Valleys Rugby would like to wish the very best of luck to all Valleys Rugby players and supporters who'll be attending this weekend's SWALEC Cup, Plate and Bowl matches at stadia across Wales.

The success of Valleys teams and the fervour that will no doubt be evident among supporters of the participating clubs; Cross Keys, Ebbw Vale, Glyncoch, Newbridge, New Tredegar, Penallta, Pontypridd, Talywain and Ystrad Rhondda should be a timely reminder to everyone of what top flight Rugby in Wales is missing out on: The Passion of the Valleys.
